This week’s episode of AEW Rampage aired live from the Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, featuring a brutal Manitoba Massacre match for the AEW TBS championship.
– The show opened with Kenny Omega’s body being put on a stretcher and taken to the back.
– A recap of The Elite assaulting Kenny Omega was shown.
– Backstage, The Elite attacked FTR before the medics could load Omega into an ambulance. The Bucks told Omega that this was just business and pushed him off the stretcher into the concrete floor.
(1) JAY WHITE vs. DANTE MARTIN
Dante immediately pummeled White down with a barrage of forearms, followed by chops to the chest. White caught Dante with a knee to the abdomen and blasted him with a chop to the chest. Dante knocked White out of the ring with a headscissors takeover before knocking him off the apron with a forearm. Dante crashed into White with a suicide dive and cracked him with a jumping knee to the head. Back in the ring, Dante hit White with an enzuigiri, only for White to trip him onto the top rope, as AEW Rampage went to commercials.

Back from break, Dante knocked White off his feet with a dropkick and blasted him with chops to the chest. White missed a corner splash, allowing Dante to nail him with an enzuigiri and a high crossbody. Dante clotheslined White out of the ring, only for White to shut him down with a uranage. White beat Dante down with a load of chops, until Dante pulled his head into the ropes. Dante surprised White with the Nose Dive, but he managed to kick out at two. White blocked the Full Nelson slam and dropped Dante with a sleeper suplex before knocking him out with the Blade Runner.
WINNER: Jay White at 9:27 (***)
– After the match, Jay White helped Dante Martin up to his feet, only to spike him with a modified DDT.
– Backstage, Arkady Aura interviewed Deonna Purrazzo about her attack of Thunder Rosa from last week. Purrazzo said that after last week, she finally started feeling like herself. Purrazzo said that if Rosa wanted, they could make this personal.

– A video package was shown with Rush listing his accomplishments and claiming that he was the most hated man in Mexico.
– Backstage, Renee Paquette interviewed Big Bill about his reasons for needing Chris Jericho. Bill claimed that he needed guidance to step up to the next level, once again asking Jericho to let him join in. Jericho showed up to put over Katsuyori Shibata and accept Bill as part of his Jericho vortex.
– A recap of Christian Cage assaulting Swerve Strickland earlier tonight.
– Backstage, Swerve Strickland told Christian Cage that they would have a little talk next week and he wouldn’t be alone.
(2) KYLE O’REILLY vs. ROCKY ROMERO
They started the match exchanging numerous wrist locks, until Kyle knocked Romero off his feet. Romero kipped up and nearly hit Kyle with a dropkick before they had a face-off. Kyle avoided an arm drag and clocked Romero with a boot, but Romero responded with a hurracarrana. Romero tried to put Kyle in an armbar, only for Kyle to retaliate with an Ankle Lock. Romero sent Kyle out of the ring with a Rewind Kick, setting him up for a suicide dive. Kyle blocked a second suicide dive and dropped Romero with a suplex into an armbar, as AEW Rampage went to an ad break.

Back from break, they exchanged loads of kicks to the chest, until Romero caught Kyle with a jumping knee. Kyle immediately bounced back and turned Romero inside out with a lariat. Romero took Kyle down with an avalanche Sliced Bread, but he managed to kick out at two. Kyle caught Romero with a knee to the abdomen, followed by an axe kick and a forearm for a nearfall. Kyle tried to put Romero in a Kimura, only for Romero to transition into an armbar. Romero countered a Triangle Choke with a pinning combination, followed by a backslide for a two count. Romero put Kyle in a Kimura, until Kyle was able to counter it with a roll-through for the win.
WINNER: Kyle O’Reilly at 10:00 (***1/4)
– Backstage, Arkady Aura interviewed Saraya and Harley Cameron. They made fun of Mariah May’s loss and how Toni Storm was a loser. Cameron challenged May to a match on next week’s Dynamite.

– Backstage, Arkady Aura interviewed about Roderick Strong about his upcoming defense against Will Ospreay. Matt Taven put over how great Strong was while Strong mocked Opsreay for retiring the Tiger Driver 91. Strong said that at Double Or Nothing, Ospreay would fall to the Messiah of the Backbreaker.
(3) WILLOW NIGHTINGALE vs. SKYE BLUE – AEW TBS Championship Manitoba Massacre Match
Willow immediately blocked a kendo stick shot and clobbered Blue with a pair of trash can lid shots. Willow clotheslined Blue over the barricade before smashing her head into the exposed barricade. Blue pulled Willow’s head into the exposed barricade, only for Willow to block an axe handle with a chair shot. Willow blasted Blue with a chop to the chest, but missed a cannonball off the apron, as AEW Rampage went to its final commercial break.

Back from break, Blue grabbed a trash can lid, only for Willow to pounce her away. Willow tackled Blue into the corner and put a chair on top of her. Blue blocked a cannonball by throwing the chair into Willow’s face, setting her up for a thrust kick and a two count. Blue pulled out a black back and poured a bunch of thumbtacks in the ring. Willow tried to hit Blue with a superplex, but Blue evaded it and nailed her with a thrust kick. Blue threw a chair into Willow’s face, only for Willow to plant her with a fisherman suplex onto the tacks for a close two count. Willow set up a table at ringside and blocked Blue’s attempt at the Code Blue. Willow put Blue down with a bodyslam onto a chair before missing a moonsault onto a chair. Blue attacked Willow with another thrust kick and pulled out a board covered in barbed wire, so she could lay it on the table at ringside. Blue tried to suplex Willow off the apron, only for Willow to put her through the barbed wire with a Doctor Bomb for the win.
