The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and five-time Pro-Bowl receiver Mike Evans reached an agreement on a two-year, $52 million contract that includes $35 million guaranteed, his agent Deryk Gilmore told ESPN. With 762 receptions and 11680 yards over his ten-year career, this was a bargain for the Bucks and a loss to all those teams that had been courting him so hard. General Manager Jason Licht stated;
“He’s an unprecedented player. We want him to be a Buc for life,” general manager Jason Licht said last week at the NFL combine.
This has to be the echo from all Tampa Bay fans as he is one of the most dynamic players in the league. With 10 straight years of over 1000 yards, he is only one of two players with that many 1000 yards receiving and Evan has done it in his first 10.
