The Lions are coming into the NFC Championship for the first in 32 years! You think they will be a bit fired up about this one?  Sunday’s trip to Santa Clara will be the Lions’ first outdoor game in almost 50 days, going back to a Week 14 loss at Chicago. Many believe this will be a major part of this game as the phrase house cats has emerged. The Lions I’m sure have heard this noise and in true Lions fashion they will disregard it and come out and play hard-nosed football.  Look for Goff to have a big game as he has been there and done that and will show the of t heteam the way to follow.

The 49ers have been the class of the NFL all year and are looking to make amends for the fall in last year’s NFC title game to the Eagles. That loss has been with them all year and now it is time to erase that loss. In that game a year ago all that could go wrong did, and injuries went all around. This year they come in healthy and all guns loaded. McCaffrey many believe should be thought of as an MVP candidate and the matchup on the outside should be fun all game.

Both defenses should be ready and have been playing lights out. The issues the 49ers had stopping Green Bay may pose a bigger issue with Goff and company. Home field may be the biggest advantage today. Detroit was 6-3 O/U with its team total at home and 3-1 O/U TT visiting indoor stadiums, but just 1-4 O/U TT outdoors, with those derivative numbers ranging between 20.5 to 24.5 points. Take the 49ers and the $$$

PROPS

Brandon Aiyuk over 80.5 receiving yards (-110)

There is a big conflict on the other side of the offense as DeeBo Samuel has been in a verbal back and forth with Detriot CB C. J. Gardner-Johnson on who is better. This should mean a big dose of Aiyuk and 80+ and a touchdown should not be out of the question. Aiyuk has been one of the best all season  and a main target, expect more of the same today, take the over and the $$

Jared Goff under 1.5 passing touchdowns (+100)

With 5 TDs over his past three games Goff has been slinging the rock all over. Last week he went for 287 and two touchdowns and he seems to be on a mission to win a SB. This one will have a ton of offense and I see Goff getting two again this week.  Take the over and the $$
