*NSYNC Is Back And Better Than Ever

Back in 2000, *NSYNC was on the top of the music world. Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, JC Chasez, and Justin Timberlake were all the faces of the boy band movement around this time. Who could forget waking up in the morning back in 2000 in your room, lined with your favorite posters of hearthrobs, and the first song you hear in the morning is “Bye Bye Bye” or “It’s Gonna Be Me”? How about the infamous debate between which boy band was better that rivaled *NSYNC with The Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees, Hanson, Westlife, and Take That? Yes, the boys were on top of the world during this time.

Then everything changed. After the release of their last studio album, “Celebrity” in 2001, the boys decided to go on a hiatus to pursue their own interests. Fatone got into acting, Bass competed on Dancing With The Stars, Chasez became a songwriter, Kirkpatrick formed a rock group, and Timberlake became perhaps one of the biggest pop stars in the world. But during the hiatus, the boys never forgot each other. In fact, they even helped each other out on projects and reunited for various events on occasion.

Then last year, “Trolls Band Together” finally brought *NSYNC back into the music scene after 21 years without new music. In the movie, Timberlake’s character, Branch, goes on a mission to reunite the family boy band with his brother John Dory (Eric Andre) and his girlfriend Poppy (Anna Kendrick). It would only seem fitting for *NSYNC to reunite for this movie, right? Well that’s exactly what the band did on “Better Place”. This song opened the doors to new possibilities for the band, including a potential new album.

*NSYNC Back Together Again

This week, another new *NSYNC song was released for Timberlake’s new album “Everything I Thought I Was”. On the track, name “Paradise”, the boys reminisce about 2000 and how they are glad to finally be back together as a band after all of this time. This shows just how far the boys came as a band. Their maturity and evolution over the years, whether that be through their music or reunions, have shown that *NSYNC is more than just a boy band. They are a family.

So what’s next for *NSYNC? Could there be a reunion tour in the future? What about a reunion album? No one knows for sure what the future holds for the popular band. But one thing’s for sure: *NSYNC is back and they’re better than ever.
