The Birmingham Stallions ran up against the D.C. Defenders and it took them to the final drive of the game to pull off a  20-18. win. This brings the Stallions to a perfect 4-0 record on the year and brings the Defenders to a 2-2 record.

The Stallions were led by Matt Corral who had 209 passing yards and 51 yards rushing. He finished 19-29 passing and one touchdown and led them on the final drive to win the game. With time winding down, newly acquired kicker Ramiz Ahmed kicked the game-winning FG.  It was not all offense for Birmingham as the defense continued its strong season totalling 54 tackles, four tackles for loss, and four passes defended.
